Your conversation

The visible conversation and gift preferences stay in this page’s memory. Reloading starts over. We don’t provide accounts or saved lists. Text you submit, your current preferences, and recent conversation messages are sent to Gemini through Google Cloud to continue the conversation. Avoid names, contact details, and private health information.

Product discovery

Relevant search preferences are sent to Shopify Catalog. Live product records are temporarily supplied to Gemini so it can compare current options and explain its recommendations. We do not save those records, your chat, or merchant images in a product database. Product details are fetched again for a new comparison. Merchant images load directly from their hosts, which receive the usual browser connection information. Following a product link takes you to a merchant with its own privacy policy.

Essential operations

An essential session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Expiring operational records prevent duplicate requests and limit usage and spending. They do not contain the conversation or merchant product records. Upstash stores these counters and one-way request fingerprints. Request records expire within 24 hours; spending totals can remain for up to 40 days. Short-lived abuse controls use a daily keyed fingerprint of the connection address. Vercel hosts the site and may process connection and security logs. Our application logs request outcomes, durations and token counts, not chat text.

Google processing

The Cloud connection checks that project-level Gemini caching is disabled before sending conversation or product context. We do not create stored conversations or explicit prompt caches. Google’s applicable security and abuse-monitoring rules still apply; disabling caching is not a promise of zero provider retention. See Google Cloud’s privacy notice.

Analytics

Optional Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and a few actions, such as opening a gift box or following a merchant link. We do not send it your chat, product names, product IDs or search parameters. It uses no analytics cookies, and we do not use session replay. Use the analytics control in the footer to turn it off for this browser. We also honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Your choice is stored locally until you clear this site’s browser data.

You can read our guides without starting a conversation. Reset the chat or reload to clear the page’s conversation. Please do not submit private information about yourself or someone else. We do not offer child accounts or a parental-consent service; younger visitors should browse with a parent or guardian and avoid sharing personal information.
